Today is the last day of my maternity leave. And while I am extremely grateful and happy to have been able to stay at home so long with the little guy, I am just devastated at the thought of leaving him on Monday. I get physically ill just thinking about it. I know he'll be fine, I know he'll be well taken care of. But I also know that at some point on Monday, he is going to be looking around the house, searching for his mama, and for the first time I won't be there, and it just sucks.
Sigh.
