Sorry, I know it's been ages since my last post. No excuse except that we are sooooooooo tiiiiiiired. Finley is STILL not sleeping through the night. She was teething, then she got sick, then we were going to let her scream it out (oh, and it will be screaming- it's gonna be a show, for sure)- and then we noticed she was teething, AGAIN- she popped an upper tooth, and three more are at the ready. We decided not to cry it out until those teeth were through- but it's been a week or more and they are RIGHT THERE but no action yet. OMG this girly girl is going to put me straight into the nut house. She is totally adorable and even with no sleep has the sweetest temperament alive, but seriously, vampires sleep more than this kid, she's totally insane and her father and i are about ready to totally lose it. It's like guam over here, except that the waterboardees probably got more rest than we're getting. I said the other day, you know you're in trouble when you're fantasizing about ways to end up in the hospital. If something were to happen and I broke my arm or leg or foot and had to spend a few days in the hospital on pain drugs..... aaaaahhhhhhhh, HEAVEN. Isn't that deranged? Sleep deprivation my friends, it is noooo joke. There's a reason it's the go-to torture method.
In other news- Finnster is taking 5 or 6 steps unassisted. It's only a matter of time before she crosses the room solo. if only she'd cross the room and then go pass out in her crib! HA! hahaha HA!
Losing it, we are losing it over here. Once she starts sleeping I will try to regroup and get this blog back up and running I SWEAR :)

The walking could be a reason she's not sleeping too - Aidan didn't sleep until he could walk and now he's my best sleeper!
Funny about the ending up in the hospital fantasies! I've totally had that especially while I was pregnant with #3. Good luck - keep at it - you're doing a great job! It won't last forever!! xoxox
